When it comes to baking, I want to create tasty treats that won’t require the entire contents of my pantry to be used! These four ingredient white chocolate peanut butter balls are delicious morsels that are quick and easy. You can experiment and try adding your own ingredients or changing the outer chocolate layer for a healthier option (dark chocolate or whatever tickles your fancy!).
Ingredients:
1 cup of peanut butter
3/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of maple syrup (I used pure)
1 cup of white chocolate melts
Optional: A couple pieces of dark chocolate melted (for drizzling on the top)
Method:
Add the peanut butter, flour and maple syrup to a bowl and mix till combined.
Freeze for 15 minutes and then roll into balls.
Place the balls back into the freezer whilst you melt the chocolate.
Melt the chocolate using your preferred method (microwave/stovetop) and roll the peanut butter balls in the melted white chocolate.
Freeze the balls for another 20 minutes and melt the chocolate (if using)
Remove the balls from the freezer once firm and drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the top using a spoon (only use a small amount and add as you go).
Place the balls back in the freezer to harden the dark chocolate.
ENJOY!
